Responsibility
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Help manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring for salon operations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
- Participate in inventory management and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
