Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting for the resort.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present financial statements, performance reports, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals and business objectives.
- Ensure tax compliance, including VAT, corporate taxes, and other regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using tools like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring finance teams.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
