Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
- Lead tax planning and compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to analyze business performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
