As an Accounting Staff, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, providing recommendations for optimal financial management.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or local systems) to automate and enhance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or defense-related industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for cross-departmental communication.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
