Responsibility
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards.
- Lead cash flow management, treasury functions, and financial risk assessment.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within a multinational or group company environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, IFRS, and local accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in English.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural, or remote team is highly desirable.
