Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and operating supply costs to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with purchasing, F&B, and housekeeping teams to negotiate supplier contracts and secure cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and expenditure to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or guest experience.
- Forecast monthly and annual budgets for operational expenses and track performance against targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market prices to benchmark costs and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, inventory management, or financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), ERP systems, and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple departments.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP, FIFO, and hospitality cost accounting principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
