Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.
- Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and clients as needed to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, or other financial regulations is a plus.
- Experience in a multicultural or international business environment is advantageous.
