Responsibility
- Manage and oversee full-set accounting processes, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Coordinate tax planning, filings, and compliance with regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Support internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity to support business operations.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in full-set accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive, financial services, or leasing industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
