Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with operational and strategic objectives.
- Manage tax planning, audits, and relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for multinational or fast-growing organizations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local financial regulations (Indonesian or Philippine experience is advantageous).
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment with a high degree of autonomy.
