Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and profitability.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment portfolios to optimize financial stability and returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and strategic objectives.
- Ensure tax compliance, audit readiness, and risk management across all financial operations.
- Drive process improvements by implementing automated financial systems and tools for efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in English.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote setup with a self-driven, results-oriented approach.
