Responsibility
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial reporting process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
- Prepare and present consolidated financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives to support strategic business decisions.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance and smooth audits.
- Mentor and train finance team members to build capabilities in consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in group consolidation and financial reporting.
- Proven expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting standards (Indonesian GAAP preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial consolidation tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in the education, nonprofit, or corporate sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
