Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and scenarios to evaluate business initiatives and investments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audit preparations.
- Utilize advanced Excel and financial software to streamline data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
