Responsibility
- Process and verify Accounts Payable Vouchers (APVs) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage employee-related payments, including salaries, allowances, and reimbursements, with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Oversee cash collections and disbursements, maintaining precise records and reconciling transactions.
- Prepare and liquidate cash advances in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless financial operations.
- Generate financial reports and documentation to support audits and management reviews.
- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cash accounting, accounts payable, or liquidation roles.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a strong advantage.
