Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the Accounting, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filings, working closely with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve financial data accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a technology-driven or fast-growing company is a plus.
