Responsibility
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Support the accounting team with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare audit schedules and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to financial planning and advisory discussions.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
