Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s growth and operational goals.
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and market conditions.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to optimize liquidity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
