Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions to ensure operational stability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth and expansion.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to local and international financial standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with strong analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of mentoring finance teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with senior leadership and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Bali with a commitment to deadlines and accuracy.
