Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external auditors to maintain transparency and trust.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
