Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
