Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis to identify financial trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare and monitor plant budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with plant management to analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and assess their financial viability.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or plant finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Experience in the food and beverage or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Certification such as CPA or CFA is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
