Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support tax-related activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, and ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide financial support and guidance to other departments, fostering a culture of financial awareness and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
