Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor accounts and maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor and maintain accounts payable aging reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
