Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring inflows and outflows, reconciling bank statements, and preparing cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare and process month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and financial statement reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and company policies.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to provide financial insights and support business growth.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to track financial performance against targets.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and contracts, for audit and reference purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of full-cycle accounting processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia and internationally.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
