Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with senior management to prepare financial forecasts and business plans.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks to safeguard company assets.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or French is an advantage.
