Responsibility
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for hotel and real estate operations.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and financial stability across all properties.
- Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform financial planning and risk management.
- Mentor and develop finance team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
