Responsibility
- Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-set accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
