Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for employees in the ANZ region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax deductions, superannuation, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, leave balances, and salary adjustments.
- Liaise with external payroll providers and government agencies to ensure compliance with ANZ payroll legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reconciliations and audits.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to employee payroll inquiries.
- Support the implementation of payroll system enhancements or new processes as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the ANZ region or for multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of ANZ payroll legislation, tax regulations, and superannuation requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.
