Responsibility
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes to optimize financial performance.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with QuickBooks or SAP is preferred.
