Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure company compliance with local and international standards.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing financial inquiries and delivering tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance for Junior roles; 4+ years for Senior roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
