Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and working capital to optimize liquidity and profitability.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and insights for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Experience in the beauty, retail, or FMCG industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a bonus.
