Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Utilize SQL Accounting Software and other ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to budget, forecast, and monitor financial performance.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, with expertise in full-set accounting.
- Proficient in SQL Accounting Software and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
