Responsibility
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes and reconcile accounts.
- Support data analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate on process improvement projects to enhance efficiency in accounting workflows.
- Design and maintain financial dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Contribute to database design and data modeling for financial reporting systems.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Participate in digitalization initiatives to automate manual accounting tasks.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in finance/accounting is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
