Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and ensure long-term financial health.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to safeguard company assets and maximize returns.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and audit requirements.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of local and international accounting standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
