As part of our FMT Program, you will undergo a structured 18-24 month rotational development journey across key finance functions, including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury, risk management, and internal audit. Responsibility
- Participate in rotational assignments across finance functions (FP&A, treasury, risk management, internal audit) to gain holistic exposure to financial operations.
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Conduct market research and financial modeling to evaluate business expansion or investment opportunities.
- Assist in risk assessment and internal control reviews to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like ACCA/CPA is a plus).
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing (internships or part-time roles are acceptable).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, financial modeling).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within South East Asia as part of the program.
