As our Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organization. You will handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), perform bank reconciliations, manage e-invoicing, and maintain accurate cash flow records. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to our finance team, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our financial processes.
This remote position offers the flexibility to work from the beautiful island of Bali while being part of a growing and innovative team. Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee e-invoicing systems and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Maintain and monitor cash flow statements to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of AR/AP processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Experience with e-invoicing systems and bank reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
