Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile accounts to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support tax filings, regulatory reporting, and adherence to local and international financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth and cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles (Senior Executive level may require 5+ years).
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or tech industries is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a bonus.
