Responsibility
- Oversee daily cash flow management, including monitoring inflows and outflows to ensure liquidity for operational needs.
- Manage banking facilities, including account reconciliations, wire transfers, and relationship management with financial institutions.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize working capital and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on treasury operations, including foreign exchange transactions and risk management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and best practices in treasury management.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required by the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or cash flow management, preferably in a manufacturing or project-based environment.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, or treasury management tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
