Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance for the family office.
- Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis and performance tracking across public and private investments.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with external advisors (tax, legal, audit) to ensure regulatory compliance in Singapore and Indonesia.
- Assist in due diligence for new investment opportunities, including market research and risk assessment.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with banks, custodians, and fund administrators to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Provide ad-hoc financial insights and recommendations to senior management and family office stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, investment management, or family office operations.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio management, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore and Indonesian financial regulations is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a bonus.
