Responsibility
- Manage and process commission payouts for sales teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain revenue dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align revenue recognition with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Implement and refine revenue forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all revenue-related processes.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue analysis, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606) is advantageous.
