Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting and operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and international financial reporting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and systems
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and operations leadership roles
- Proven experience with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Demonstrated leadership experience with team management and development
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal)
- Experience in the technology sector or start-up environment is a plus
