Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial finance, financial planning, or business partnering roles.
- Proven track record in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing organization is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
