Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic business decisions.
- Conduct cost analysis and variance reporting to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support tax reporting and filing in collaboration with tax advisors.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the environmental, manufacturing, or corporate sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting or ESG frameworks is advantageous.
