Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budget vs. actual comparisons, and present findings to management.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in tax planning and preparation of tax returns, optimizing the company’s tax position.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making with financial data and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational or diverse cultural setting is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
