Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth and decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, expense management, and cost-control initiatives to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Generate financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior internship or work experience in finance/accounting is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
