Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full-set accounting process, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with accurate financial insights for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Assist in audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Support tax reporting and ensure adherence to tax regulations in Indonesia and Singapore.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in full-set accounting and management reporting for MNCs or listed companies.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
