Responsibility
- Process and manage daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely processing of payroll for staff.
- Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and forecast financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Support inventory management by tracking costs and reconciling stock levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, or accounting roles (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
