Responsibility
- Process and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
- Organize and file accounting documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the accounting team in day-to-day clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate calculation of employee salaries and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related clerical role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
