Responsibility
- Process and verify daily financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and process payroll for staff in compliance with local regulations
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
