Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing and vendor payments.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Generate financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, P&L statements) for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in treasury management tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Maximum age of 25 years old (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Medan, North Sumatra (relocation support may be available).
