Responsibility
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Conduct collections activities to ensure timely receipt of payments from clients.
- Assist in revenue recognition processes in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Monitor and reconcile deferred revenue accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to assess receivables performance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR and revenue.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, or Credit Control.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and revenue recognition principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based revenue models is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
